Madison currently resides in Elma, New York and attended Iroquois High School. She graduated summa cum laude from SUNY Oswego in May of 2023 and earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Communication. She played softball during her four years and served as co-president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Maddy obtained a Property and Casualty Insurance license and joined the TFG Home & Auto team in May of 2023 as a Customer Service Representative.

She is the daughter of Michael and Lisa Hoeflich and has a sister, Michaela. Michael is a Senior Wealth Manager and Certified Social Security Claiming Strategist with The Financial Guys who inspired her path in business. Outside of work, Madison enjoys working out at the gym and spending time with her friends and family.
