Madison currently resides in Elma, New York, and graduated summa cum laude from SUNY Oswego in May of 2023. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Communication. She played softball during her four years and served as co-president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Madison obtained a Property and Casualty Insurance license and joined the TFG Home & Auto team as a Customer Service Representative. In April of 2025, she transitioned to a new role within the company as an Insurance Advisor for Personal Lines.

She is the daughter of Michael and Lisa Hoeflich and has a sister, Michaela. Michael is a Senior Wealth Manager and Certified Social Security Claiming Strategist with The Financial Guys who inspired her path in business. At home, Madison enjoys working out at the gym and spending time with her friends and family.
