Amanda is a Client Service Representative at The Financial Guys Home & Auto, serving as the first point of contact for clients. A licensed property and casualty insurance agent in New York State since 2013, Amanda specializes in helping clients navigate their policies with expert guidance and care.

 

Raised in Wheatfield, NY, Amanda graduated with academic honors from Niagara Wheatfield Senior High School in 2007. She earned an Associate in Arts degree in Music Education from Edinboro University in 2010, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Buffalo State College in 2012.

 

Before entering the insurance industry, Amanda spent time as an educator in Western New York, teaching at various schools and developing a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and personalized support. She transitioned into insurance in December 2012, beginning her career at GEICO Insurance Company, where she gained extensive experience in Customer Service, Sales, Retention Training, and Career Development. Her time at GEICO refined her skills in client relations, professional training, and personalized insurance solutions, all of which she brings to her current role here at The Financial Guys Home & Auto.

 

Outside of work, Amanda is actively involved in AFS, an international exchange student organization, and has hosted several international students. She values creating a welcoming and supportive environment alongside her husband and son, fostering lasting connections between her family and students from around the world.
